IMRG, Inc. recognizes its employees for their value and contribution. We pay more than lip service to the tenet that "employees are our most valuable resource". Our ultimate goal is to ensure each individual is recognized for his/her contribution. At times the challenges appear insurmountable. IMRG, Inc., as a mid-sized company, does not have the seeming endless resources of its larger competitors. The company is therefore confronted with the task of employing creativity and ingenuity to develop customer solutions that are innovative and on-point. What we lack in monetary resources our employees more than make up for with their talents and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. IMRG, Inc. has developed an impressive Reward and Recognition program to recognize these stellar individuals.
Our Reward and Recognition program is housed under on initiative: Performance Through Partnership (PTPTM). PTPTM is designed to recognize employee contributions that further IMRG, Inc.'s service to its customers. The program has several elements which include: " Three levels of service contribution. This is a quarterly award where deserving recipients receives monetary awards between $250 and $750 in addition to a plaque. " President's Award: This is an annual award which recognizes one individual's exemplary performance and contribution for the year. This is a monetary award. " Employee of the Year: This is an award for an employee who had received numerous PTP awards throughout the year and has been recognized by their peers and customers for their contributions. " Henry Kidd Auditor Award: This is an award in memory of one of IMRG, Inc.'s finest employees which recognizes an auditor for stellar performance, professional rowth, and contributions to peers and customers. This is a monetary award valued at $1500. " Star Program: This is a quarterly, non-monetary recognition program, designed to incorporate accountability agreements and acknowledge employee's exemplifying accountable results. Recognition is based on approved consequences in keeping with individual accountability agreements.
