Contracts and Communications

IMRG, Inc. currently provides auditing and benefit administration to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. These services are performed in government-owned, contractor operated facilities in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, Georgia. We have a solid relationship with this agency and they are available for references. In addition, we have been awarded contracts with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and USDA Graduate School, Department of Army, Department of Insurance and Securities Regulation, Library of Congress, Veterans Administration, Department of Justice, HUD and the Environmental Protection Agency. Additionally, IMRG, Inc. provides financial, business support and information technology services to several small companies.

Our service commitments on these contracts include office support, technical writing, training and personnel classification and job analysis. IMRG, Inc. provides management and personnel systems that concern benefit administration, accounting, auditing services and other related financial services. In addition, we offer customer service vehicles such as response center support, IT support, human resources support, and mail hub services. IMRG, Inc. distinguishes itself by offering these services through a strategic partnership with an agency or organization. The result is our client's ability to redefine processes and procedures that allow them to concentrate on their core functions.

Our communication tools include Internet, electronic fax, webinar and teleconferencing capabilities. Additionally, IMRG, Inc. uses Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to help with our government procurement efforts. IMRG, Inc. is registered with a value-added network (VAN) so that we can avail ourselves of the Federal Acquisition Computer Network (FACNET).

IMRG, Inc. utilizes the Deltek GCS Premier, also known as the Government Contractor Software Series to manage our accounting, job costing, travel and reimbursement processing and time sheet processing. To assist with our off·site contract monitoring, IMRG, Inc.' also uses Deltek's electronic and remote time sheet modules. This allows for accurate time reporting at each of our contract locations. In addition, IMRG, Inc. is able to design reports tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
