Benefit

Description

Health Plan

·        No deductible for in-network benefits.  Plan covers 100% of covered services after $15 co-pay for visit to PCP and $20 co-pay for visit to Specialist.  Two options, POS and HMO. Vision- Included in Health Plan.

Prescription Drug

·        Included with Health Plan.

Dental Plan

·        Two options: PPO or DMO.

ESOP

·        Employees will be eligible to participate in the ESOP at no cost.

401(k) Retirement Program

·        Enrollment offered at the beginning of each quarter.

·        Employee can contribute up to 15% of total compensation, up to $15,500.

Employee Assistance Program

·        Life assistance – provides employees with assistance to balance work-life matters.  Employees are eligible to receive confidential counseling, legal assistance, dependent care counseling, elder care counseling, and financial assistance referral.   The program is available to all members of an employee’s household.

Credit Union

·        All employees are eligible to join our credit union which provides loans, savings and checking accounts, 24-hour service, and financial education. 

Life Insurance

·        Company-paid life and accident & dismemberment coverage in amount of $25,000 each.

Long-Term Disability

·        Company-paid insurance coverage up to 60% of monthly earnings.

Voluntary Insurance

  •   Supplemental Life - Supplemental Long-Term Disability -            Short-Term Disability

Leave

·        Holidays – 10 paid holidays.

·        Paid Time Off – 17 days per year; increase after three years

·        Administrative Leave – at President’s discretion.

IMRG, Inc. offers competitive salaries to its employees.  Our compensation package is designed to attract the best employees with the brightest futures.  IMRG, Inc. is structured to draw applicants right out of college as well as the seasoned professional.  Qualified IMRG, Inc. employees receive a variable pay component along with their base salary.  Variable pay is a form of cash compensation, usually offered as a percentage of a base salary, paid in the form of a one-time bonus.
